Mental Health Therapist Position

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled mental health therapist to join our team at Pause Wellness Center, Inc. As a licensed therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with clients across different age groups, providing tailored mental health services using evidence-based approaches.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake sessions to evaluate and identify mental health needs of clients
- Provide mental health services to individuals, utilizing evidence-based approaches
- Accurately document client information to comply with regulations and policies
- Participate in monthly staff meetings and engage in case consultations to ensure effective collaboration and assistance
- Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 sessions per week, offering flexibility in work hours for those who prefer evening work
- Collaborate with internal practice staff and external professionals to improve client care and results
- Foster clear and efficient communication with both clients and colleagues
- Ensure timely submission of necessary paperwork
Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are vital
- A master's degree in the mental health field is a mandatory qualification
- Experience in outpatient therapy is highly valued
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices is crucial
- Availability to work evenings or weekends is essential
- Proficiency in working independently and collaboratively is key
- Ability to grasp and utilize technology effectively is required
