Job Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Vinfen, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with brain injuries or behavioral conditions. Your responsibilities will include administering medication, assisting with daily routines, and promoting independence. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.

About the Role

As a CNA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. You will work in a fast-paced, clinically intensive environment that requires strong time management and communication skills. You will be responsible for administering medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP) guidelines, assisting individuals with daily living tasks, and promoting independence. You will also have the opportunity to participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, a current CNA certificate valid in Massachusetts, and strong time management and writing skills. You will also need to be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license. You will be required to become CPR and First Aid certified within two weeks of employment and MAP certified within 90 days of employment. All candidates must be able to pass a CORI, reference, national fingerprinting, CNA certification, and driving record check.
