Certified Nursing Assistant Role

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Vinfen. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with brain injuries or behavioral conditions in addition to complex health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP) guidelines
• Assist individuals to become more a part of their communities
• Help the program meet the highest quality standards
• Employ rehabilitation values, principles, and techniques, including skills training to help individuals served overcome barriers and to live more independently

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Current C.N.A. certificate valid in Massachusetts
• Strong time management and writing skills
• All applicants must be at least 21 years of age and have a current, valid, US drivers' license for at least one year
• All applicants must become CPR, First Aid certified within 2 weeks of employment and MAP certified within 90 days of employment
