Job Overview

Position Summary:

As a vital member of our marketing division, the Appointment Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing back-end scheduling. This position requires excellent communication skills to effectively connect with prospective clients. We provide comprehensive, fully funded training to equip you with essential product knowledge and objection handling techniques. You will engage with warm leads generated from various sources, eliminating the need for cold calling or prospecting. Your responsibility will be to adhere to our specific pre-qualification and confirmation processes to optimize the performance of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming calls from multiple lead generation channels promptly and professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to fulfill requests for free estimates from digitally generated leads.
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential customers via phone and email.
  • Verify customer information for accuracy and assess availability for in-home consultations.
  • Document and update customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Address and resolve objections from potential customers regarding scheduling and costs to arrange consultations swiftly.
  • De-escalate calls when necessary and provide satisfactory solutions to customers.
  • Surpass customer service expectations by delivering an exceptional experience to every potential client.
  • Maintain adherence to schedules while ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
