About the Role:
Our organization is looking for a dedicated and articulate Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a contractual basis. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our esteemed clients, delivering outstanding service through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Your key responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming communications from customers via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and identify their needs effectively.
- Research and provide precise information regarding our offerings.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while adhering to established protocols.
- Promote relevant products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude consistently.
- Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
- At least one year of experience in a customer support role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong technical and computer skills.
- Adept at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
