About the Role:
Our organization is in search of dedicated and articulate Customer Support Specialists to provide outstanding service in a contract role. As a key point of contact for our esteemed clients, you will deliver exceptional assistance through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming communications from customers via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and assess their needs.
- Investigate and supply accurate information regarding our offerings.
- Effectively resolve customer issues while adhering to established protocols.
- Promote and suggest relevant products and services to enhance the customer experience (as applicable).
- Record all customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor consistently.
- Comply with company policies and guidelines.
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
- At least one year of experience in a customer support role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Robust computer and technical skills.
- Aptitude for prioritizing and managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- A positive and enthusiastic approach.
