Job Description

Engen Contracting, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Director of Construction Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement construction operations strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage and coordinate construction project teams, including project managers, superintendents, and engineers
  • Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and quality assurance
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
  • Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in construction operations, project management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in construction software and technology
