Position Description:

The Finance & Insurance Manager at Great Lakes Kia plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth by selling finance and insurance products to new and used vehicle customers. This position requires a professional appearance and a passion for developing talent, providing exceptional guest experiences, and innovating in the automotive industry.

We are seeking a strong, energetic, and people-focused F&I Manager who will help us redefine the car-buying experience. The ideal candidate will establish and maintain positive working relationships with finance and insurance product providers, submit accurate documentation for approval, and work with sales management to ensure a high turnover rate to the Finance & Insurance department.

The successful candidate will also verify the accuracy of customer information, notarize deal paperwork, and prepare monthly reports on finance penetration and products sold. A CDK experience and menu selling skills are preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum two years of automotive sales experience and a valid driver's license are also necessary.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with finance and insurance product providers
• Submit accurate documentation for approval
• Work with sales management to ensure a high turnover rate to the Finance & Insurance department
• Verify the accuracy of customer information
• Notarize deal paperwork
• Prepare monthly reports on finance penetration and products sold
• Complete all training certifications as directed by management
• Follow policies and procedures as set forth in the Personnel Policy Manual and other corporate policies
• Any other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
• CDK experience preferred
• Menu selling experience a must
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Ability to use personal computer applications including word processing and spreadsheet software
• Current valid driver's license and state sales license
