As a Licensed Practical Nurse with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for providing compassionate nursing care in post-acute facilities, monitoring residents' physical and mental conditions, and tracking their vital signs. You will also perform resident intakes, document medical histories, and assist with the administration and proper verification of medications.
Qualifications and Skills- Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
- High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience (LPN or similar role)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
