LPN/LVN Home Health Opportunities

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting. As a LPN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
The ideal candidate will have a current LPN license in the state of practice, a current health certificate, and a current BLS card. One year of prior LPN experience is preferred.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Current LPN license in the state of practice.
- Current health certificate.
- Current BLS card.
- One year of prior LPN experience preferred.

We offer flexibility in our assignments to accommodate the unique needs of caregivers. Our caregivers have access to on-site skills labs and online training to expand their nursing skill set. We also offer a Novice Nurse Program to support new graduate RNs and LPNs in a home healthcare environment.
