Nurse Resident Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate new graduate nurses to join our team at Alice Hyde Medical Center. As a nurse resident, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be challenged to grow and develop your skills. Our Nurse Residency Program is designed to provide you with the knowledge, skills, and critical behaviors needed to be successful in your new career. The program includes a series of classes, hands-on skills sessions, and precepted clinical experiences that will help you develop the confidence and competence needed to safely and confidently provide quality care to patients.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per yearOur salary range is based on experience and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan. You will also have opportunities for professional growth and development through continuing education programs and mentorship from experienced nurses.
