As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support to veteran families in rural Missouri, helping them achieve their housing goals and overcome challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and develop personalized support plans
  • Collaborate with the Rural Counties team to track client progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Engage case managers to coordinate services and provider involvement
  • Document all support-related activities and services
  • Travel extensively within the regions of Warren, St. Charles, St. Francois, Franklin, Washington, Lincoln, and Jefferson counties of Missouri
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as social work or counseling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
