Job Overview

LifePath Inc. is seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver Support and Resource Center Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Information and Caregiver Resource Center (ICRC). The successful candidate will provide leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and support to older adults, people with disabilities, and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide supervision, evaluation, and development to assigned staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with direct reports, colleagues, peers, consumers, and community partners, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Oversee operational procedures, ensuring compliance with LifePath protocols and EOEA regulations, including information and referral processes, documentation standards, quality assurance, program data management, and reporting.
  4. Provide office coverage as needed, answering calls and processing referrals during high-volume periods.
  5. Ensure staff have access to up-to-date and comprehensive information on available resources for older adults, caregivers, and individuals with disabilities.
  6. Provide consultation, training, and access to community resource information to LifePath staff and community partners.
  7. Attend and participate in trainings and meetings as required, staying informed on best practices and industry developments.
  8. Assist the ICRC Program Director in overseeing the operations of the department, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree and previous supervisory experience, or at least five years of experience working with older adults and people with disabilities, with increasing responsibilities. Key qualifications include:

  • Computer proficiency and ability to train staff in use of prescribed software.
  • Exemplary customer service skills.

The successful candidate must also have a valid driver's license, insured, reliable transportation, and be available to work between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with occasional flexibility to work outside of scheduled hours when required.
