We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality meals to our residents, ensuring their dietary needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to the diverse tastes and preferences of our residents, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Lead and manage a team of culinary staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Collaborate with our nutrition team to ensure that all meals are tailored to meet the specific needs of our residents, including texture-modified food as directed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our menu offerings and kitchen operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a senior living or healthcare setting.
  • Proven track record of success in menu planning, kitchen operations, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements, with the ability to develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our residents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff.
