Key Responsibilities

The Admissions Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Setting up prospective student visits and conducting admissions interviews;
  • Making outbound calls to prospective students to set appointments and answer questions;
  • Assisting with campus events, info sessions, and open houses to promote Pillar College Inc.;
  • Communicating admissions, registration, and financial aid policies accurately;
  • Achieving personal enrollment goals and following up on inquiries and leads;
  • Working closely with the Admissions team to ensure efficient processing of applications;
  • Maintaining accurate records of prospective and current student contacts within the college database.

We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 - $72,000 per year, commensurate with education and experience, along with a benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
