Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Youth Development Supervisor to join our team as a Community-Based Violence Intervention Site Supervisor. This is a full-time salaried position with an estimated salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

About the Position:
As a Community-Based Violence Intervention Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration and implementation of services under the New Jersey Community-Based Violence Intervention Grant. You will work closely with community stakeholders and partners to develop and implement program activities and services that address the needs of at-risk youth and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the street team and support staff.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community stakeholders and partners.
  • Collaborate with program staff to develop and implement program activities and services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of program activities and outcomes.


Qualifications/Requirements:
To be successful as a Community-Based Violence Intervention Site Supervisor, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and four years of experience in youth development, violence prevention, and case management. You should have extensive experience working with at-risk youth and adults, excellent communication and writing skills, experience in crisis intervention and staff supervision, and the ability to provide program oversight and direction.
