Job Summary
We are seeking a Student Assistant to work in the Office of Student Affairs at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine (RSDM). As a member of our team, you will assist and tutor students who are in academic disadvantage within various curricular topics. Your responsibilities will include assisting students with academic and preclinical topics, working in small groups, and communicating effectively with the Director of Student Affairs, Diversity & Inclusion.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist and tutor students who are in academic disadvantage
• Cover academic and preclinical topics pertaining to the course in session
• Work in small groups and communicate effectively with students and staff
• Communicate and report concerns regarding student progress to the Director of Student Affairs, Diversity & Inclusion

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be a current RSDM student in good academic standing. We also look for candidates with excellent communication skills, responsibility, responsiveness, and enthusiasm.
