Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive will lead the activities in selected target markets to identify and assist high-volume healthcare opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of the uniform industry and the ability to develop and implement effective marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within hospitals and surgery centers
  • Maintain pre-set standards and controls for healthcare processes
  • Exceed quota on rental and direct new sale business for selected market
  • Conduct periodic education and training sessions as requested by the Sr. VP of Sales, Regional Vice President (RVP) or Director of Sales (DOS)

Requirements:

  • Sales experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce systems
  • Strong customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Five to seven years of experience in sales and marketing in the uniform industry
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50%
  • Bachelor's Degree
