Sales Executive

CENTEGIX is a leading provider of wearable safety technology for various industries, including healthcare, education, and government. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. They will be responsible for generating leads, representing CENTEGIX at industry events, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective customers, including K-12 schools, districts, and other organizations within target states.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry-related events.
- Deliver persuasive, customized sales presentations to potential clients, both virtually and in person.
- Articulate CENTEGIX's product benefits and value proposition effectively to key decision-makers.
- Represent CENTEGIX at industry conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at events to drive future business opportunities.
- Drive opportunities from lead generation to deal closure, managing the sales process with precision and maintaining accurate records in CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including regional sales teams and technical support, to meet customer needs and ensure successful deal execution.
- Work closely with other sales team members in your assigned territory to ensure comprehensive coverage of leads and opportunities.
- Share market insights and trends with the broader sales team to optimize business strategies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the technology or education sectors.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel for in-person meetings, conferences, and trade shows as required.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track and manage opportunities.
- Candidate must reside in Pennsylvania.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SaaS solutions.
- Experience selling to K-12 school districts or within the education sector.
- Familiarity with safety and emergency response technology is a plus.
