About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our team at WellLife Network. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily lives.

Job Description

This is a dynamic position that requires a caring and compassionate individual who can provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for providing companionship and emotional support, implementing behavior management techniques when necessary, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Valid Drivers' License
  • Experience in senior care, patient care, or mental health preferred
  • Knowledge of direct support practices and principles
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals under your care
  • Capability to manage challenging behaviors with patience and empathy
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
