We have significant plans for the future and are seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to join our growing team.

The Role:

This position presents a unique opportunity for a driven and versatile individual to contribute to the development of our Customer Success function and make a substantial impact within a rapidly growing organization. As a Customer Success Manager, you will collaborate with our clients to create leading AI applications across various sectors, including retail, insurance, and healthcare. You will also work closely with the broader Growth and Engineering teams, as well as the co-founders, to influence Crane's strategic direction and assist in managing our expanding customer base. The ideal candidate is a high achiever who is ready to work diligently, take initiative, and manage innovative companies that are adopting computer vision technologies. This role promises to be an exciting journey.

About You:
  1. You possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; you are comfortable leading discussions with executives from Fortune 500 companies, founders of emerging startups, or lead ML engineers from research institutions.
  2. You are organized and structured, with an innate ability to prioritize your tasks effectively.
  3. You aspire to grow within Crane Venture Partners. You may aim to become a leading expert in customer success, solutions engineering, or account management, and you seek a company that offers growth and learning opportunities to help you become a future leader.

Even if you lack B2B/SaaS customer success experience, you may have excelled in a challenging field that showcases your determination and ability to meet ambitious targets. For instance, you might be transitioning from a demanding sector such as banking or consulting, seeking to embark on this journey of business development.
