Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver entry-level IT support by managing calls and resolving technical challenges
  • Utilize a ticketing system to organize tasks and maintain workflow efficiency
  • Manage phone extension assignments as required
  • Set up and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripherals
  • Work closely with Payroll for onboarding and transitions
  • Assist users with password resets and access issues
  • Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange environments
  • Support the enforcement of IT security protocols to safeguard company resources
  • Monitor resource utilization and develop strategies for performance enhancement

Customer Engagement:

  • Consistently aim to improve the customer service experience by engaging with clients and sharing knowledge
  • Take responsibility for customer inquiries, ensuring thorough and efficient resolutions

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Intune
  • Basic PC troubleshooting skills and knowledge of data and voice cabling
  • Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange is advantageous
