At Le Bas International Air Division, we are seeking a highly skilled Aviation Account Analyst to join our team. As an Aviation Account Analyst, you will be responsible for receiving, qualifying, evaluating, and responding to inbound private aircraft requests via phone and email.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients on additional trip details such as ground transportation, catering, and special needs.
  • Track and manage active flights to ensure a smooth travel experience.
  • Assist operators with trip oversight, pass communications from clients to operators, and defend clients' best interests.
  • Collect invoices to close trips and send them to accounting.
  • Provide customer care and retention.
  • Receive, update, and handover daily team focus lists throughout shifts.
  • Continuously log verbal and written communications with clients, vendors, and team using company software.

Requirements & Experience:

  • Aviation industry experience is preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills required.
  • Customer care/customer service.
  • General knowledge of geography and corporate aircraft types and performance.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: Shift work is required between the hours 6:45am - 11:15pm (8-hour shifts; 30 min lunch)

Weekends as needed

Salary: $50,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types: Commission

Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off, retirement plan
