Job Summary

Nemacolin Woodlands Resort is seeking a highly skilled Night Audit Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and balance of financial records, preparing daily financial summaries, and providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional internal and external guest service, exceeding expectations and promoting a positive resort experience.
  • Lead the night audit and PBX teams, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication.
  • Post room charges and taxes to guest accounts, process guest charge vouchers and credit vouchers, and verify account postings and balances.
  • Review front desk cashier reports, make adjustments as needed, and generate reports tracking room revenues, occupancy percentages, and other front office statistics.
  • Understand and apply principles of auditing, balancing, and closing out accounts, as well as operate front office equipment and point of sale devices.
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures, act as a Butler on an as-needed basis, and handle guest concerns throughout the night.
  • Maintain a clean and neat appearance in your job dress and work area, and perform other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Friendly and outgoing personality, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time, build effective relationships with all departments, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent required.
