Position Summary:
The Branch Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of our branch locations. This position is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and supporting our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and guide branch personnel to ensure the completion of daily tasks.
  • Assist in order processing and the expediting of outstanding orders.
  • Manage all operational aspects to guarantee that internal processes and daily work requirements are met consistently.
  • Maintain inventory levels in accordance with company standards, ensuring accuracy and optimal investment.
  • Ensure adherence to SOX regulations and safety protocols.
  • Address and resolve issues as they arise, engaging with customers and team members at all levels.
  • Support the Branch Manager in the daily management of branch operations.
  • Act as the acting manager in the absence of the Branch Manager.
  • Take on special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in oilfield, utility, energy, distribution, or supply chain sectors.
  • Ability to read and interpret business documents, technical procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Strong supervisory skills and experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in office software tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
