About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at eTeam Inc. as a Digital Marketing Specialist - Social Media. This is a key role that will play a critical part in shaping our digital marketing strategy and executing it across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy
    • Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives and goals.
    • Develop and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
  • Content Creation and Curation
    • Develop and produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content that resonates with our target audience.
    • Curate and schedule content across various social media platforms to ensure consistency and maximum reach.
  • Community Management and Engagement
    • Manage and engage with our online communities across social media platforms, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
    • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to understand our online presence and adjust our strategy accordingly.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and consistency in our digital marketing efforts.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure that our social media strategy is aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and lead generation.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
    • Excellent content creation and curation skills, with the ability to develop high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content.
    • Strong community management and engagement skills, with the ability to manage and engage with online communities across social media platforms.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
