About the Role
At Elevance Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Talent Strategy Director to join our team. This exciting opportunity is designed for a seasoned professional with expertise in leading large-scale programs, process improvements, and change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent management strategies to drive business outcomes and align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement programs that enhance the associate experience and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leaders, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management throughout program implementation.
- Leverage data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions to drive business results.
- Analyzing and mitigating potential program risks, ensuring timely execution and successful completion of tasks.
- Developing and delivering engaging program presentations and status updates to leaders, ensuring understanding of progress, alignment on direction, and clarity of decisions.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and identifying opportunities to drive process improvements and innovation.
- Participating in the development and implementation of organizational change initiatives, driving business outcomes and aligning with organizational goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 9+ years of professional experience in project management, with a minimum of 7 years of experience leading and directing large project tasks.
- BA/BS in a related field, or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
- Proven track record of leading and managing through transformation and change, with experience in talent management and stakeholder management.
- Awareness of significant contributing factors to manage program change and demonstration of a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes.
What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a salary range of $131,560 to $205,920, depending on location and experience. This role is based in Washington D.C. or New York, NY, and requires a hybrid work arrangement, with a minimum of one day per week spent in the office.
