Location: Stamford, CT

Contract Length: 3 Month Contract to Full-Time Hire

JOB SUMMARY

Brooksource is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager IV with over 8 years of relevant experience to spearhead our Customer Commitment Program. This role entails the management of operational strategies that align with overarching timelines, collaborating effectively across various departments to ensure the successful execution of customer commitments.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the complete project lifecycle from initial definition through to successful implementation.
  • Ensure accountability for achieving defined scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and drive key milestones.
  • Establish a robust communication strategy with project teams and key stakeholders.
  • Provide daily guidance and direction to project resources.
  • Facilitate effective change management throughout the project duration.
  • Prepare essential documentation, including status reports and budget forecasts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for clear and professional interactions.
  • Strong judgment and organizational skills in project planning.
  • Willingness to work entirely on-site; travel may be necessary.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities, managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage various assignments.
  • Proficient in building strong working relationships with colleagues and project members.
  • Outstanding critical thinking abilities.
  • Familiarity with Visio, MS Project, Excel, and Word.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to analyze business objectives thoroughly.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, even under pressure.
  • Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
