Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Travel Club Coordinator at Prosperity Bank. As a key member of our Travel Club team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities and travels for our valued account holders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Distribute quarterly newsletters to keep our account holders informed about upcoming events and travel opportunities.
  • Host monthly events that cater to the interests of our senior travelers, including social gatherings, outings, and educational seminars.
  • Take event reservations and payments, ensuring seamless execution of our travel programs.
  • Maintain accurate liability release forms for all travelers, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting our account holders with business transactions and addressing their concerns in a timely manner.
  • Build strong relationships with our account holders, fostering a sense of community and loyalty within our Travel Club.
  • Collaborate with our Area Sales Development, Area Managers, and Area Executives to promote our Travel Club membership in supported areas.
  • Open, revise, and close accounts for our Travel Club customers, ensuring accurate and efficient account management.
  • Represent Prosperity Bank as a Travel Club bank representative on trips, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for our account holders.
  • Ensure all reporting is completed accurately and on time, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
  • Follow established Travel Club procedures, working within defined guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in our operations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school graduate or equivalent.
  • One to two years of office experience, preferably in sales and customer service.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of senior travelers and activities, with a creative approach to event planning.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A willingness to take overnight and extended trips, as required.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM (After hours/travel hours)
