About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Travel Experience Coordinator to join our team at Magical Destinations Travel. As a family-owned agency, we pride ourselves on providing personalized services for all types of vacations.

As a Travel Experience Coordinator, you will work with various vendors to plan vacations ranging from theme park getaways to destination weddings and cruises. Your main goal is to make every vacation stress-free and enjoyable for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Research destinations and gather information on prices, customs, weather conditions, and reviews.
  • Diagnose client specifications and suggest suitable travel packages and services.
  • Organize travel from beginning to end, including supplying travelers with pertinent information and useful travel materials.
  • Collect deposits and manage client payments.
  • Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary and tour packages.
  • Handle unforeseen issues and determine eligibility for credits or refunds.
  • Maintain relationships with key persons and keep financial statements and documents up to date.
  • Ask for help and guidance when needed.
  • Proficiency in English is required, with multilingualism being a plus.
  • Exemplary sales skills and a customer-oriented approach are essential.
  • Well-versed in various areas of travel, including domestic, international, business, holidays, groups, and individual travel.
  • Ability to present, persuade, and communicate effectively.
  • Demonstrate ability to handle crises.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Must be able to work independently, but be passionate about travel and love helping others create unforgettable experiences.

Schedule:

  • 4-hour shift.
  • Day shift.
  • Monday to Friday.
  • Weekends as needed.

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred).
