Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Lot Attendant to maintain our vehicle inventory and ensure the dealership's lot is organized and visually appealing. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a proactive attitude, and a passion for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities- Vehicle Management: Move and park vehicles on the lot to ensure a neat and organized display. Perform regular lot inspections and ensure all vehicles are clean and presentable.
- Customer Service: Assist customers and sales staff by locating vehicles and providing information about the vehicle lot and inventory.
- Inventory Control: Monitor vehicle inventory levels and alert management of any discrepancies or issues.
- Lot Maintenance: Keep the dealership lot clean and free of debris. Ensure that all signage and displays are in good condition.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork for vehicle movements and maintain accurate records of vehicle locations.
- Inventory Readiness: Assist in getting vehicles to the detail department, confirm that photos are taken of the vehicle, and ensure all units are front-line ready at all times.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work in various weather conditions.
- The ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
