Job Title: Delivery Specialist

At Hendrick Automotive Company, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless vehicle handovers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries with customers, ensuring timely and efficient handovers.
  • Verify that vehicles are detailed, fueled, and equipped with all requested accessories before delivery.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and personalize the delivery experience to meet customer needs.
  • Communicate the benefits of vehicle ownership, dealership services, and amenities to customers.
  • Explain warranties and documents, and complete necessary customer registration.
  • Familiarize customers with service department personnel and facilities.
  • Present keys and relevant documents to customers.
  • Work closely with department managers to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain CSI at or above company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, and participate in required training.
  • Record hours worked accurately in the company timekeeping system, and follow safety rules and regulations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Up to 3 years of customer service experience, with strong technology and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license required; automobile salesperson license preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with strong ability to understand and demonstrate technology to customers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel, with a strong focus on customer service.
