Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily guidance and oversight to the category team while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and analyze demand forecast risks; develop mitigation plans for optimal inventory levels and customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly plan and update forecasts for new products, seasonal items, discounts, promotions, and new regions.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot demand-related issues promptly and accurately; maintain demand planning processes to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Assist in developing annual budgets and cost-effectiveness initiatives; provide routine and ad-hoc demand-related reports to management.
  • Oversee and maintain optimal inventory levels in the warehouse through effective inventory planning, collaborating with vendors to ensure optimal delivery performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or supply chain planning.
  • Strong Excel skills and knowledge of SQL.
  • Understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
