About the Role
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship-building initiatives
  • Develop and execute customized sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • BUILD Strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive loyalty and retention
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales approaches

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Two years of experience in business-to-business sales, preferably in the pest control industry
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and tools, with ability to apply these in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
