Job Description

The Account Compliance Manager role is a crucial position at City Wide Facility Solutions. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the quality of business operations, enhancing client satisfaction, and effectively collaborating with Independent Contractors (IC).

This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to work independently and as part of a team in various settings, including industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, retail, and more.

A key aspect of this role is exercising good judgment in reporting client concerns to management and seeking support from others to address client needs.

  • We are looking for an individual who can develop and maintain productive relationships with ICs and In-House labor by effectively communicating client priorities and collaborating on problem-solving.
  • The successful candidate will review scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain existing business and attract new clients.
  • Daily communication with the Facility Services Manager is essential to address any issues that require immediate attention, with regular updates via email or phone message.
  • We seek someone who can make recommendations for IC work assignments, manage client standards and company guidelines, and discharge underperforming ICs if necessary.
  • The Account Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing inspections, customer complaints, customer requests, new client starts, and VIP treatment requiring attention.
  • They must execute City Wide's New-Start Policy, Customer Complaint Policy, Four Star Policy, and other operational policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment, and their proper use is also a critical responsibility.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services industry.
  • Three years of prior experience in management, coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in multi-unit or locations.
  • Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Innovative and committed to continuous process improvement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Internet skills required.

The physical demands of this role include constant sitting, bending, standing, and walking, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Shift hours: 5:00pm - 2:00-3:00am.
