Job Summary

GreenChem Industries, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new customer accounts, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Order Management: Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Inquiry Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support to customers.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
  • Problem-Solving: Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution while maintaining professionalism.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and record management.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Computer Systems: Proficiency in computer systems and software, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education: Associate degree or equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven customer service experience in a similar role.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
