Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high-volume of phone calls and in-person inquiries with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Develop problem-solving and decision-making skills related to the front desk operation.
  • Route incoming mail and packages to the appropriate mailbox or department.
  • Maintain the telecommunication system, including console operation and paging system.
  • Monitor the assigned entrance and advise visitors and employees to use the main entrance.
  • Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the phone, answering or referring inquiries.
  • Maintain security procedures, including monitoring the logbook, security screens, emergency notifications, communication, alarms, parking, and accounting for visitors.
  • Order and maintain supplies, and arrange for equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Excellent telephone operations skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
