Chandy Frias - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented professional to join their team as a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing prompt and accurate service to meet their needs.
- Work closely with the agent to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.
- Identify customer needs and develop leads to schedule appointments and market appropriate products and services.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve marketing goals and maintain a strong work ethic.

- Ability to work in a team environment and effectively relate to customers.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses.
- Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin languages is a plus.
