About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Booking.com. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our accommodation partners, providing them with exceptional support and guidance to help them succeed on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our accommodation partners through regular communication, ensuring they have a positive experience on our platform.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow our business with existing partners, and work closely with them to implement strategies that drive revenue and growth.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to our partners, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Education: Deliver training and education to our partners on how to use our platform effectively, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Market Research: Conduct daily/weekly rate and availability checks on various platforms to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Have a strong understanding of the hotel and travel industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using technology to drive business results, with a strong understanding of data analysis and market research.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively with partners and internal stakeholders.
