Regional Sales Manager

Condux International Inc. is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Eastern United States.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets in the Eastern territory.
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
- Maintain strong relationships with key distributors and contractors, fostering partnerships that drive business results.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent sales experience.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Telecom/utility industry.
- Experience working with independent sales agents.
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
