**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Jimmy John's Sandwich shop in Holly, Mankato, MN. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $55,000 per year (based on experience) + Bonuses
**Job Responsibilities:*
- Lead by example and set high standards for performance and customer service.
- Manage and direct store associates to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and organization to meet company standards.
- Prepare and make sandwiches, maintain inventory levels, and control costs.
- Train and develop staff, including recruiting and hiring new employees.
- Oversee financial performance, including managing budgets and P&L statements.
- Work closely with district managers to meet performance metrics and implement company initiatives.
**Requirements:*
- At least 1.5 years of experience running a store, preferably in the food industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and climb ladders if needed.
