Key Responsibilities:- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead development

- Efficiently handle policy renewals, ensuring seamless transitions for our valued clients
- Analyze diverse coverage options, effectively explaining them to clients to ensure informed decision-making
- Oversee the claims process, including site visits, to provide exceptional service and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business operations
- Collaborate closely with underwriting teams to drive successful outcomes
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies, including social media, postcards, and phone outreach, to grow your portfolio of policyholders
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and product offerings to stay ahead of the curve
