Customer Service Operations Manager

At Food Lion, we're seeking a talented Customer Service Leader to join our team. As a key member of our front-end operations, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Job SummaryWe estimate the annual salary for this role to be around $45,000 - $60,000 depending on your qualifications and location.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You'll also be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring that all sales associates are meeting or exceeding service standards, and providing support to the Customer Service Manager as needed.
In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front end and sales floor areas.
- Support the Customer Service Manager in achieving sales goals and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all colleagues, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally, stand for long periods, and move quickly to respond to customer needs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
