As a Customer Service Lead, you will work closely with the Customer Service Manager and Assistant Customer Service Manager to maintain standards according to the Front End Standard Practice Manual, maximizing sales through excellent customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service while engaging customers to create a positive shopping experience.

The ideal candidate should have effective communication and customer service skills, along with the ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job. A high school graduate or equivalent is preferred, but not required. The salary range for this position is $25,000 - $35,000 per year, based on location and experience.
