Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management: Establish and maintain a close watch on financials, minimize loss, and improve profitability by controlling inventory, managing supplies, and optimizing labor costs.
  • Guest Experience: Drive morale and positivity among guests and staff, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment that fosters employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate regularly with property staff, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless operations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure property compliance with legal, safety, operations, labor, and brand standards, minimizing risk and maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: 3-4 years in hospitality or food and beverage management, with a degree in Hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Current New Mexico Alcohol Server Permit and Food Handler Certification.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal communication, ability to multitask, and physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
