The Case Planner role is essential in evaluating safety and risk factors, delivering counseling services, and partnering with external agencies to assist families while minimizing child welfare involvement.

KEY FUNCTIONS:

EDUCATIONAL / TRAINING:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

Bilingual and bicultural candidates are encouraged. Previous experience within the child welfare system is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
