Overview

As a member of our multidisciplinary team, the Time Limited Rental Assistance Program Case Manager provides counseling, case management, advocacy, and group work services to young adults ages 18-24 experiencing homelessness. We help them prepare for permanent housing while gaining job training, employment, and educational and life-skills competencies.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a full array of services to approximately 10 young people experiencing homelessness
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized action plans
  • Identify and refer resources to support young people in their journey to independent living
  • Coach program participants in healthy and appropriate recreational and social skills, budget management, and health management
  • Document services and contacts in our program database and other city databases
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, with two years of experience providing services to at-risk youth
  • Successful collaboration with community-based agencies and organizations
  • Flexible hours to ensure access and availability
  • Commitment to working from a strength-based, youth and family development, and trauma-informed perspective
