Job Summary:

Girl Scouts of Southeastern New England seeks highly motivated and responsible individuals to facilitate programs for girls in school and community center settings. As a Program Facilitator - Community Partnerships, you will prepare and lead fun, hands-on activities to build girls' self-esteem and leadership skills. We provide training, program curriculum, and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend all program trainings and adhere to lesson plans using provided materials

• Facilitate programs at assigned sites and maintain accurate records of achievements and attendance

• Communicate effectively with the Program Manager regarding plans, activities, and tasks

• Ensure the health and safety of girls in the group and coordinate with program site staff

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma

• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred, with experience working with children a plus

• Must pass a criminal background check and have reliable transportation

• Attend GSSNE orientation and training
