Job Summary

The Strategic Growth and Development Professional will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve organizational performance, enhance employee engagement, and drive business growth. This role will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Facilitate change management initiatives to promote cultural transformation and improve organizational performance
  • Review and evaluate current development programs to ensure alignment with Care New England's strategic initiatives
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving organizational performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and metrics to inform decision-making
