Role Summary:

As a Window Sales Coordinator, your main task will be to arrange appointments for in-home consultations with residential clients.   • Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly performance goals.

Role Requirements:

  • No prior sales experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Availability for flexible full-time hours (up to 40 hours per week).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Completion of relevant Sales and Technician Training is necessary.
  • Consistent performance in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.

Compensation:

Expected annual earnings: $85,000 - $110,000
